L'altezza del telaio immediatamente a monte del pozzetto può essere ancora fino a 625mm al di sopra del piano di riferimento (PR), ma poi nello spazio di 150mm, lo si deve rientrare a 550mm. Questo dovrebbe portare ad un rafforzamento del naso nei modelli per il 2012, comprese Ferrari.
